I Love Vulture (1 hour) includes 4 wines: Paternoster Assensi Falanghina Spumante Brut, Vulcanico Falanghina Basilicata IGT, Synthesi Aglianico del Vulture DOC, and Don Anselmo Aglianico del Vulture Superiore DOCG.

Welcome in Paternoster (1.5 hours) includes 6 wines with local food pairings: Assensi Brut, Vulcanico Falanghina, Bariliott Aglianico DOC, Synthesi DOC, Don Anselmo DOCG, and a back vintage.

Tommasi Family Experience (2 hours) features 6 wines from different Italian regions, including Aglianico, Primitivo, and Etna Rosso, paired with local delicacies.
